Institutional Trader

In working with proprietary traders, arbitrageurs, jobbers, and position traders in Brokerages, Banks, Hedge Funds, and Commodity Houses I have noticed, irrespective of the trading instrument, one key common point: institutional traders leave a lot of money on the table.

The role of my coaching in the Institutional setting is to increase the traders' efficiency so they reap a much larger return for their effort and outlay. The result of this is bigger bonuses and or profit share for the trader and more profit for the House.

Another aspect of my work in Institutions is supervisory and remedial. My task is to ensure that the trader does not lose form and if he or she does to recover the trader promptly.
