Trading for Peak Performance

This is a UNIQUE and POWERFUL coaching program designed to elevate traders up the steps into the Peak Performance Zone so that the trader can achieve his or her desire to be financially and personally successful. It is designed to make and keep traders fully professional, efficient and profitable in the business.

Prerequisites:
Trading experience at least to the breakeven level or moderate, perhaps variable, success; commitment and will to grow personally and professionally; desire and drive to achieve outstanding results; the capacity to separate from mediocrity; the will to succeed.

Format:
An initial assessment by interview and the results of the Your Trading Profile lead in to a full day personal session with the Market Coach. For the best outcomes it is desirable to follow up with regular, usually weekly, phone/ email contact to review trading results. Face to face contact periodically as required.

Methodology:
You are regarded as the Trading System. Internal and external feedback is used to improve the efficiency and the profitability of your trading activity. You will be challenged and stretched as well as supervised. We focus on the intellectual, psychological, and activity demands for entering and staying in the Peak Performance Zone. All work is specific to your requirements, and completely confidential. However I do not allow transference. I will not make you decisions for you. Rather you will be required to take more responsibility for and control over your outcomes. In essence the program secures your success in your psyche before we materialise it.
